Terms and Privacy
Last updated: June 5, 2026. These terms explain what Any2Sheet is, what you agree to when you use it, and how we handle information. Continued use of the website means you accept them.
What Any2Sheet is
Any2Sheet is a hosted utility that helps you extract structured table data from files and from webpage snapshots (for example via the optional browser extension). The service combines our application infrastructure with cloud AI (Google Gemini) to interpret uploads and produce a structured result you can export.
Terms of use
- Acceptable use.You are responsible for your uploads. Do not submit content you are not allowed to share, or use the service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
- Risk. The service is provided as-is. AI-generated structure can be incomplete or wrong. You verify outputs before business, financial, legal, safety, or compliance use.
- Limits. Each batch may include up to 3 files, with each file up to 50 MB, so the tool stays responsive. We may change caps, pricing, availability, or features at any time.
- Third parties.Your data may be processed by infrastructure and AI vendors under their respective terms (for example Google's terms for Gemini API usage).
- Warranty disclaimer. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Changes. We may update this page occasionally. Material changes may be signaled on the site; check back if you rely on this service regularly.
Privacy
Processing for conversion
When you choose to convert, your file content leaves your browser and is processed on our servers. We transmit relevant content to Google Gemini to produce structured data for your session. Handling is scoped to fulfilling that request—we do not operate your uploads as an ongoing personal archive.
Exports stay in your browser
After extraction, downloadable files (such as CSV, Excel, or PDF) are generated in your browser using client-side code (including WebAssembly where used). Those generated files are not uploaded back to us as part of normal export.
What we do not do
We do not sell your documents. We do not use your content to train public models beyond what your AI provider's API terms permit for service operation.
Analytics and cookies
We may use analytics, cookies, or similar technologies to understand traffic and improve the product. Third-party measurement or advertising tools, if enabled, may set their own cookies under their policies.
Your choices
Do not upload sensitive data you are not comfortable sending to our systems and our AI provider. Use a current browser and keep it updated for local export features to work reliably.
Google user data
Any2Sheet uses Google APIs in limited ways. This section describes how we access, use, store, and share Google user data, as required by the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Google account sign-in (OAuth)
When you choose Sign in with Google, we request OAuth scopes openid, email, and profile. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Calendar, Contacts, Photos, or other Google Workspace content through sign-in.
Data accessed: your Google account identifier (sub), email address, and display name from your Google profile.
How we use it: to authenticate you, create and maintain your Any2Sheet account, associate billing and credits with your account, and enable private mode (sign-in and payment are required for private exports). We do not use Google sign-in data for advertising, resale, or unrelated profiling.
Storage: we store your Google account identifier as part of your internal user id (for example google:), your email in our account database for billing and support, and your name and email in an encrypted session cookie while you are signed in. We do not store Google OAuth refresh tokens for normal sign-in.
Sharing: we do not sell or rent Google account data. We share it only with infrastructure providers that host our application and database, solely to operate the service.
Revoking access:you can sign out in Any2Sheet at any time. To remove Any2Sheet's access to your Google account, use your Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions) and remove Any2Sheet. Account deletion requests can be sent to prowehead@gmail.com.
Google Gemini API (file processing)
To convert your uploads, we send relevant file or page content from our servers to Google Gemini using a server-side API key (not your personal Google OAuth tokens). This is separate from Google sign-in.
Data sent: the document or webpage content you submit for conversion, plus prompts needed to extract structured rows.
How we use it: solely to perform the conversion you request and return structured results for export. In private mode, we do not persist your uploads or extraction results in our database after the session completes; only aggregate token-usage metrics may be logged for billing and capacity planning. In unlimited (data-sharing) mode, you may opt in to let us retain anonymized conversion data to improve the product.
AI/ML training:we do not use Google sign-in profile data to train machine-learning models. Content sent to the Gemini API is handled under Google's API terms for service operation; we do not use your uploads to train public models beyond what those API terms permit.
Google Analytics (admin operators only)
Site operators may optionally connect a Google account with read-only Analytics access (analytics.readonly) to view aggregated traffic metrics for Any2Sheet in an internal admin dashboard. This flow is not shown to regular users and is not required to use the product.
Data accessed: aggregated Analytics reports for the Any2Sheet web property (for example sessions, page views, and traffic sources). We do not access end-user Google accounts through this scope.
Storage and use: an OAuth refresh token for the connected operator account may be stored so reports can be refreshed. Analytics data is used only for internal operations and is not sold or shared with third parties except hosting providers that run our infrastructure.
Limited Use commitment
Any2Sheet's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features you request, maintain security, comply with law, and operate the service as described on this page.
